Job Details
- Experience:
- 12+ years of overall experience in IT, with 7+ years focused on the Salesforce platform.
- 2+ years in a Pre-Sales Solution Architecture role specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Certifications:
- At least one Consulting Certification (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Two Architect Certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or similar).
- One Salesforce certification on latest technology / product / feature (e.g., AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant).
- Skills & Attributes:
- Proven ability to design and pitch complex Salesforce solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-starter with a go-getter mindset able to proactively identify opportunities and drive results.
- Deep understanding of Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences industry challenges and how Salesforce can solve them.
- Strong collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and deliver cohesive client outcomes.
- Excellent knowledge on the overall salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, AppExchange, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and complementary technologies.
