Capture Manager

Reqd. skills/Exp: Expert in coordination and scheduling.
Expertise:
- Lead the capture management process for Client-related opportunities, from identification to proposal submission.
- Develop and implement capture strategies to secure new business and retain existing contracts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business development, proposal management, and technical experts, to develop competitive proposals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and understand client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Manage the proposal development process, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare and present capture plans, status reports, and briefings to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform capture strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all teams involved in the capture process.
