- 5+ years in high-performance programming using Java or Python.
- 5+ years in full stack development using Angular/TypeScript and Java/Spring.
- 5+ years experience with Apache Kafka and Apache Ignite.
- Proficiency with OpenShift, PCF, OpenFin, Maven/Gradle, and SonarQube.
- Strong experience with observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, Elastic, New Relic, OpenTelemetry).
- Solid understanding of Fixed Income concepts including Bond Pricing, Risk, PnL, Trade Lifecycle, EOD Marking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure financial environments.
- Experience working directly with traders or quant teams.
- Familiarity with real-time data systems or market data feeds.
- Knowledge of microservices, container orchestration, and cloud-native patterns.
- Exposure to enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automation.
