Program Manager Aircraft Interiors

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Aircraft Interiors team in Everett, WA. This is a full-time, onsite position located at 11404 Commando Rd, Everett, WA 98204.

In this role, you will support key aircraft interiors programs through all phases from initial development and qualification testing to certified product delivery for entry-into-service (EIS) with new airline customers. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external customers to ensure program success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong partnerships with internal functional teams, typically structured as Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Support daily program rhythm activities, including schedule performance management, customer and IPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), and key decision reviews.
  • Prepare, revise, and monitor program documentation and analysis in compliance with contract and business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to manage priorities and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure successful delivery of contractual commitments, including technical, financial, and schedule performance.
  • Provide leadership in risk and opportunity management across the program.
  • Participate in or lead program cadence activities such as monthly financial reporting and customer program reviews.
  • Lead decision-making for the IPT, applying critical thinking and sound judgment, especially with incomplete data.
  • Coordinate with production, operations, and supply chain to meet customer delivery schedules.
  • Organize and support internal reviews, team meetings, and other program-related activities.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional presentation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, representing their needs to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airline and OEM customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field with at least 8 years of related experience in program or project management, engineering, or similar areas.
  • Proven experience managing or leading complex programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or people management experience.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis tools and systems.
  • Experience leading development programs and transitioning them to production.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk/opportunity management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Project.
  • Prior experience leading development programs at OEM suppliers is a strong plus.
