job summary:

This remote position for a Varicent ICM Developer involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform, collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions. The role requires extensive experience with Varicent tools, data integration, and analytics, supporting incentive strategies and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have over five years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a background in compensation design or sales operations.

responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Varicent ICM platform, including designing calculation logic, workflows, and reports.


2. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, develop compensation plans, and ensure seamless system integrations with enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, or HRIS.


3. Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to support incentive compensation strategies while providing technical documentation and training to end users.




qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


2. Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Varicent development and implementation.


3. Strong knowledge of data integration, SQL, and experience working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or SAP (preferred).




skills: 1. Proficiency in Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, Web Admin, and SQL for system configuration, data modeling, and report development.


2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data issues and optimize system performance.


3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
