Cyber SOC Consultant / Lead (Hybrid - Allentown, PA)

We're looking for an experienced SOC leader to join our team as a Cyber SOC Consultant / Lead. You'll balance client expectations with SOC performance, drive measurable security results, and lead a team committed to protecting mission-critical systems.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client SOC operations, incident updates, and service delivery.


• Lead client meetings, briefings, and quarterly business reviews to communicate performance and strategic improvements.


• Oversee day-to-day SOC operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.


• Collaborate with analysts, threat intelligence, and engineering teams to align detection and response with client goals.


• Escalate high-severity incidents and coordinate resolutions with internal leadership.


• Mentor SOC analysts in client engagement and delivery best practices.


• Deliver executive-level reports that highlight risks, trends, and recommended actions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing SOC operations or incident response in a client-facing role.


• Strong knowledge of threat detection, response, and security operations best practices.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.


• Leadership experience mentoring and guiding teams.


• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, or similar frameworks.


• Ability to manage multiple clients in high-pressure environments with strict SLAs.


• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or equivalent experience.


• Nice to have: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (GCIH, GCIA).
