Position: Java Developer
Experience: 2 7 Years
Location: West Chester, PA, USA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with hands-on experience in developing microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and deploying them on AWS. The ideal candidate should be a team player, quick learner, and passionate about building scalable and secure backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

  • Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS

  • Integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between services

  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle

  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

  • Write clean, scalable, and testable code

  • Debug and resolve technical issues in production and development environments

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product

Required Skills:

  • 2 7 years of experience in Java development

  • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices

  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, etc.

  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)

  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases

  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus

  • Good understanding of security, scalability, and performance tuning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • AWS Certification (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect) is a plus

  • Experience working in Agile environments
