Assist in testing and validating new product features, working alongside engineers and QA teams to troubleshoot issues before deployment.
Contribute to the adoption and implementation of new clinical products by developing training resources and supporting end-user education.
Utilize data-driven insights and clinical expertise to influence product decisions and prioritize features that enhance patient care.
Stay current with EHR systems, industry regulations, and emerging healthcare technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.
