Description
A Fortune 500 company specializing in advancing manufacturing solutions for the semiconductor and display industry is looking for two experienced LabOps Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, cost-effective, and innovative solutions for a high-impact project in Santa Clara, California. This is a 100% onsite role, ideal for a hands-on architect with a strong background in enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and cross-functional collaboration. The architect will play a pivotal role in aligning technical solutions with business goals, driving system integration, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
-Lead the architecture and design of innovative, cost-effective, and scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
-Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and solution blueprints.
-Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, tools, and platforms for enterprise-scale implementations.
-Guide cross-functional teams through the implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and project timelines.
-Conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
-Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
-Drive continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to existing systems and contributing to reusable components and best practices.
-Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to inform architectural decisions.
-Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical prioritization.
-Provide mentorship and leadership to engineering teams and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
-12+ years of experience in software development
-2-3 years in a solution architect or similar technical leadership role
-Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions
-MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) experience is a plus
-Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
-Preferred certifications: TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
-Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $71.00/hr.
