Job Title: Product Manager with Fit GAP experience
Location: San Jose, CA
- Dynamic transformation project.
- Fit Gap Analysis – Current to Future – End to End.
- Back office function – End to end sales office process preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of PM or BA experience. Jira preferred.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience with an end-to-end selling motion, ideally with knowledge of CRM, quoting/contracting, or back-office (deal desk, order management, and provisioning processes) desirable.
- Experience developing and communicating strategic roadmaps and achieving agreement with senior leadership.
- Proficient with using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to activate operational scale, innovation, and high-quality business outcomes on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, and communicate successfully with individual contributors, management, and executives.
- Strong soft skills with a distinctive ability to empower, motivate and influence others without authority or a direct reporting relationship.
- Bachelor's degree required
