Title: Support Analyst Jr.
Location: Regional Description (Onsite)

Compensation
Pay Range:$22.05-$31.50/Hrs
Description:
* Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
* Manage multiple connections and prioritize repairs based on urgency.
* Monitor network performance and resolve issues proactively.
* Guide field personnel in equipment installation and software configuration.
* Implement software updates for various systems and devices.
* Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
* Communicate critical events to team leads and complete special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use remote tools to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Monitor and resolve data packet loss issues in store networks.
* Configure and upgrade software on new devices.
* Direct installation of new equipment on store networks.
* Manage multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks.
* Provide phone support and maintain inventory as needed.
* Attend training to stay updated on new technologies.
Qualifications:
* Associate degree in Computer Networking or 2 years of related experience.
* Specialized training in network communication and application support.
* Prior help desk experience preferred.
* Strong understanding of network hardware and software.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Physical ability to perform required tasks.
