Location: New York City, NY
Salary: $28.00 USD Hourly - $31.00 USD Hourly
Description: IT Support Analyst (Contract) - NYC Office Opening

Location: New York City (Onsite)
Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 8 hours/day (24 hours/week). Occasional Monday or Friday based on business needs.
Contract Duration: 3 months (potential for extension or conversion)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
Our client is opening a new NYC office near Grand Central in January and seeks an experienced IT Support Analyst to ensure a smooth office launch and provide exceptional end-user support. This role will also assist with the transition from our SoHo office and deliver white-glove service to executives and Mac users.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite Level 1-2 support for MacOS (MacBook/iMac) and Windows 11 devices.
  • Support office setup activities: desks, conference rooms, and meeting technology.
  • Deliver white-glove support for VIPs and executive meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain conference room equipment (Logitech MTRs).
  • Assist with PC break/fix, mobile device support (iOS/Android), and general office IT needs.
  • Track and resolve incidents and requests via ServiceNow.
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) for hardware/software.
  • Support audio/visual systems and manage PC disposal.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to maintain best practices and improve support processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in onsite end-user support.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • MacOS and Apple hardware (MacBook/iMac)
    • Windows 11
    • Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
  • Experience supporting conference room technology and executive meetings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with senior leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Kandji and ServiceNow.
  • Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
  • Physical PC repair and maintenance experience.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Working Relationships
  • Reports to: Sr. Manager, IT Global End User Computing.
  • Collaborates with: Global IT peers, administrative assistants, and site technicians.
