For this contractor assignment, the individual will conduct overall Discovery & Planning for the Home Financial Systems Integration identified systems along with applying that same skill set for the Property IT Building Blocks project. This resource will also provide expertise by creating current and future state requirements along with creating a AzDO board to track work from the program/project.

responsibilities:
- Create/Update/Refine Current State requirements
- Produce Gap Analysis to determine/create Future State requirements
- Create and maintain AzDO work tracking board for program/project
- Schedule and lead working sessions to capture all required documentation
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Math, Information Systems) and a minimum six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum eight years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted.
skills: Required skills:
- Build requirements for Business and IT teams as needed.
- Create/Maintain AzDO board and work with Tech and QA Leads to update as needed.
- Coordinate the pertinent stakeholders or SMEs for any needed working sessions to create required Program and Project artifacts
- Flexibility to accommodate all pertinent stakeholders' schedules.
- Adaptable to all situations within program/project efforts as Home FSI pivots as upper mgmt. see fits.
- Can multi-task but maintain priorities set by program manager and pertinent stakeholders.
Preferred skills and experiences:
- Has experience working with multiple workstreams and sub-workstreams yet maintaining an overall understanding of how they all connect.
- Has experience with working with mgmt. and above stakeholders.
