Description Of Services:
Sr Ignition Developer The team: You'll be part of an innovative engineering team that specializes in the development and deployment of advanced SCADA systems. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional departments to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions. Your contributions will be essential to ensuring seamless data flow, system functionality, and integration across diverse platforms. The role: As an Ignition SCADA Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, installation, configuration, and optimization of Ignition systems, including key operation management performance reporting. Development will be within Ignition Perspective. Additionally, you'll be responsible for exposing data from Ignition, various database digestions, MQTT or other formats, collaborating with integration partners, and troubleshooting any performance issues. This role requires the resource to be located in Central USA. What youll bring: Experience with the installation and configuration of Ignition SCADA systems. Proficiency in Ignition scripting to create desired user interface style standards. Strong understanding of complex SQL database querying. Expertise in creating dashboards in Ignition Perspective. Knowledge of data formats such as MQTT for integration purposes. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues related to data ingestion and egress. Located in the Central USA for effective collaboration.
Deliverables:
-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the team -Perform other duties as assigned.
