Job Details
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/product design or frontend development, with at least 2+ years in a design systems leadership capacity.
- Proven success managing a multi-platform design system across mobile and web, with team leadership or mentorship experience.
- Expertise in Figma, design tokens, documentation platforms, and working within Git-based development workflows.
- Working knowledge of SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, React Native, and how design systems support these frameworks.
- Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), semantic design, and reusable component architecture.
Experience with design system governance, onboarding, adoption, and tracking success through usage metrics.
- Tools you re familiar with: Figma, Zeroheight, Storybook, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
Nice to have
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) or partnering directly with frontend engineers.
- Exposure to motion/haptic systems, component telemetry, performance tracking, or contribution analytics.
