Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Application Administrator
<>Job Description:</>We re seeking a PLM Application Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and related applications. The ideal candidate will have solid PLM administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional and offshore teams.
You ll help maintain and enhance our Oracle Agile PLM platform (integrated with JD Edwards using Magic XPI) while also contributing to our upcoming cloud PLM migration project.
<>Responsibilities:</>Administer and support Oracle Agile PLM and related business systems.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement optimizations.
Manage user roles, permissions, and security compliance (GDPR, SOX).
Coordinate and execute patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
Provide Tier 2/3 user support and resolve technical incidents.
Work with offshore PLM developers for enhancements and integrations.
Support integrations between PLM, JD Edwards, and other enterprise apps using Magic XPI or similar middleware.
Collaborate with DBAs, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure system reliability.
Participate in the cloud PLM implementation data migration, validation, and testing.
Document configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
Oversee additional materials/inventory management and fabrication shop systems.
3 7 years of PLM application administration experience.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Agile PLM or similar systems.
Strong understanding of PLM integrations and enterprise system connectivity.
Experience with Magic XPI, JD Edwards, or similar ERP systems preferred.
Proficiency in data management, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with offshore and internal teams.
Experience with cloud-based PLM platforms (Oracle Cloud PLM, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE).
Knowledge of manufacturing or product data management (PDM).
Familiarity with materials/inventory systems and fabrication shop applications.
