Sr. SER Analyst

Our client, a leading academic medical center, is seeking for an Sr. SER Analyst.

Location: Texas, Georgia, Washington, Louisiana (Remote)
Position Type: Full-Time/Perm

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Working knowledge and experience with daily SER processes
* Act as the SER mentor to Jr staff members
* Ability to create and maintain SER category lists
* Working knowledge of SER groupers
* Understanding knowledge Epic's Unverified Providers Report
* Able to collaborate to validate external provider: NPI, Medical Taxonomy, Medical License & ID, Contact Information (Address, Fax, Phone) & Communication Preference in the SER record is correct for all Client providers by accessing external sites (i.e., National Provider Identifier (NPPS), National Provider Network (NPN): DEA, CMS, State Registries
* Be familiar with Provider Exclusions workflows
* Fully familiar with export and import specifications for EMP & SER import/export files.
* Able to define process that ensures the timely verification of providers and accuracy of their data at all times after initial clean up
* Defined, documented, and published standard processes for closing common & complex SER tickets
* Create, implement and support of Blueprints across the organization for SER Standardization
* Build scripts to automate provisioning and ticket resolution (nice to have)
* Working knowledge of EEDS (CareEverywhere - Provider Data Load workflow)
* Ability to lead, own & facilitate SER related, team integrated meetings
* Ability to collaborate with other groups including Interfaces, Cadence, Ambulatory, and MyChart teams to ensure smooth operation of SER / EMP completion
* Credentialing setup (admitting/attending privileges)
* Regularly perform SER audits and identify issues leading to defined process improvements
* Familiar with Provider Photo management
* Rotating On-call support

Epic Certification required - One of the following:
* Cadence
* Security
* SER Badge

Salary: 110-120k
