Position: Salesforce Business Analyst or Product Owner with State Exp
Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
- Application development as agile/scrum product owner/business analyst
- Liaison between business community and IT teams
- Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes, systems, and user needs
- Customer-focused user experience design
- Writing acceptance criteria-based user stories
- Agile development experience with Scrum, Kanban
- Analytical thought process for prioritization and negotiation
- Highly complex application security requirements
- Organizing user acceptance testing per sprint and end-to-end
- Business process and story mapping
- Atlassian Jira & Confluence for backlog management and documentation
- Completing system documentation
- Salesforce Public Sector Solution (PSS), Government Cloud, or Nonprofit Cloud (NPSP) for grant management systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Project, Visio)
- Proficient with collaboration products (Microsoft Teams & SharePoint)
- Building Grant Management Systems using Salesforce
- Certified Salesforce Business Analyst (provide cert number)
- Salesforce Admin Certification (provide cert number)
- Software development background
- Salesforce Lightning and Omni Studio
- Grant program experience (federal, state, local, or nonprofit)
- Enterprise architectural design
- Establishing, documenting, and communicating standards, best practices, fixes, and providing system direction & recommendation
- Public sector experience (government agency or contractor)
- Requirements gathering for grant management systems
- 508 Compliance/Web Accessibility
- Information Security Office Compliance
- ServiceNow or ITSM ticketing and workflow automation platforms
- Salesforce Admin, App Builder Certified
- Salesforce Trailhead Ranger or super badges
