Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and delivery methodologies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Proficiency in Java MicroServices Development.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
