Construction Project Manager - Telecom Site Development
Sumner, Washington
Pay: Negotiable
We're seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead a multi-phase telecom site development project in Sumner, WA. This role involves managing field operations, coordinating permitting and electrical construction, and overseeing the installation of critical infrastructure and OFCI equipment. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in telecom-related construction and project execution.

Scope of Work

Phase 1:
  • Mobilize to site and secure permits
  • Perform IR scanning and utility locating
  • Transport and set OFCI equipment
  • Install vault and duct bank
  • Execute concrete work: grade beams, footings, stem walls, slab on grade
  • Order and install HM door frames and hardware
  • Roofing and sheet metal installation
  • Electrical underground work and temporary equipment labeling
  • Waste management and site prep

Phase 2:
  • Install, terminate, and test rental generators
  • Complete duct bank installation and cutover to temporary power
  • Remove existing generators and pour new concrete pad
  • Place new generators and electrical gear
  • Support commissioning and IR testing of OFCI equipment (performed by others)
  • Perform patching, painting, casework, and asphalt paving
  • Final electrical terminations and labeling
  • Fuel generators and assist with final commissioning
  • De-mobilize and clean site
  • Provide closeout documentation and asset management support

Required Skills & Experience

  • Project management in telecom and construction environments
  • Site development and electrical construction expertise
  • Experience with permitting processes
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multi-phase workstreams
  • Familiarity with closeout package creation and asset documentation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
