Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Integration Management: Maintain and monitor daily performance of Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and API integrations across internal and third-party systems.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate integration failures, identify root causes, and implement resolution steps efficiently to minimize business disruption. Own and manage support tickets end-to-end.
- Operational Continuity: Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related issues during the backfill period. Ensure integration schedules, data flows, and file deliveries occur without delays.
- New/Change Requests: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement new integrations, enhancements and updates within existing integrations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support seamless data integration and compliance.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain technical and functional documentation, including integration specs, configuration logs, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge continuity and future transitions.
- Compliance & Data Security: Ensure integrations adhere to organizational operational & security standards, audit requirements, and privacy regulations.
- Release Management: Support regression testing and validation of integrations during Workday's semi-annual updates and system patches.
Skills: Required Skills & Experience:
- Ten plus (10)+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations within mid-to-large enterprise environments.
- Strong command of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
- Experience with XSLT, XML, SOAP/REST web services, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation tools.
- Familiarity with data loads, file feeds, and secure transmission protocols.
- Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with proven ability to analyze technical and functional issues independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Workday ERP implementations is a strong plus.
Education: Required Education:
- Bachelor s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
