Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Change & Project Management Lead to oversee and drive large-scale change initiatives and ensure successful execution of complex projects. This role will involve managing end-to-end delivery strategies across multiple teams, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

As the Senior Change & Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating efforts across the organization, leading key forums with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the project aligns with the company s goals and success criteria. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in enterprise change and project management and work closely with leadership to guarantee that the initiatives adhere to established enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Large-Scale Change Initiatives: Lead the execution of change events, ensuring alignment with the enterprise s overall strategy and standards.

  • End-to-End Project Coordination: Oversee delivery strategy and coordinate cross-functional teams, tracking impacts, dependencies, and milestones.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and organize project materials, tollgate artifacts, and project management systems/tools.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Lead status updates, working sessions, and forums to ensure clear communication and alignment with key stakeholders and leadership.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project scope, budget, or timeline.

  • Alignment with OKRs: Ensure that all change initiatives and events are aligned with business objectives (OKRs) and success criteria.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain project data integrity and tooling standards, ensuring compliance with enterprise guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale change initiatives and enterprise-level projects.

  • Strong expertise in project management tools, tracking, and documentation.

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise standards and best practices for project and change management.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with experience engaging senior executives.

  • Ability to align project scope and delivery with business goals and OKRs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with enterprise systems and tools for project management and change management.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
