Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cram Developer to support the development and implementation of a health and human services platform using Cram Social Program Management (SPM) Software. The selected candidate will take on significant delivery responsibilities within the development team and serve as a key point of contact for development-related issues, working closely with senior consultants and project managers to ensure successful implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional and detailed design, coding, testing, and implementation.

  • Collaborate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and work with business and technical teams to model workflows and reengineer business processes.

  • Utilize Cram Enterprise Framework (CEF) components and modules to develop solutions that align with project goals.

  • Develop rules and logic using Cram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2) and Cram Express Rules for Triage (CERT).

  • Act as a senior technical resource, answering development-related questions and resolving issues in coordination with technical teams.

  • Apply experience with Oracle databases, Subversion (SVN) for version control, and IBM WebSphere for application deployment.

  • Use XML technologies, Java, J2EE, XSL, and related technologies for developing Cram applications.

  • Ensure all development adheres to project standards, including documentation, coding conventions, and data privacy/security compliance.

  • Provide regular updates and technical documentation using MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

  • Contribute to risk management, change control, and system lifecycle management efforts.


Required Qualifications:

  • Cram V6 Certified Developer.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Cram development including full lifecycle implementation.

  • Proficient in both Cram Enterprise Framework and Cram Solution Modules.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of integrating technical skills to resolve complex issues.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in business process modeling and workflow optimization within a healthcare or social enterprise domain.


Technical Skills:

  • Cram Components: IEG2, CERT, Cram Evidence Framework

  • Languages/Frameworks: Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, XSL, JavaScript

  • Tools/Platforms: Oracle, Subversion (SVN), Eclipse, IBM WebSphere, SOAP, WSDL

  • Front-End: HTML, CSS

  • Office Applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio


Highly Desired:

  • Experience working with state or government health programs.

  • Experience with Oracle tools and platforms beyond basic use.

  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and modern WebSphere environments.

  • Background in public sector project delivery or other regulated environments.
