Join a dynamic team as an IT Project Manager, driving excellence in solution delivery for a global IT M&A team. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and lead projects to success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee project planning, execution, testing, and support phases to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with multiple project teams and third-party implementors to meet milestones and deliverables.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address and resolve project issues promptly.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues as necessary to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management regularly.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Conduct quality reviews and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
  • Manage project budget and schedule commitments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide leadership and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Skills

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience in large organizations.
  • Experience in application-side projects, not infrastructure projects.
  • Completion of a 4-year degree is mandatory.
  • Strong ability to manage project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in change management and risk management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical terms into business language.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on emotional intelligence and situational leadership.
