Pega Architect - LDA(Lead Decision Architect) & CDH (Customer Decision Hub)

Discovery and Requirement Gathering

  • Lead comprehensive discovery sessions with key stakeholders to identify business goals, functional requirements, and the overarching problem domain.

  • Translate business objectives into actionable solution designs leveraging the Pega CDH platform.

Solution Design and Best Practices

  • Develop high-quality solutions in alignment with Pega best practices, promoting an "out-of-the-box first" approach.

  • Stay current with new Pega CDH features and advise on how to leverage them for client impact.

Decisioning & Modelling

  • Drive the design and implementation of predictive models, adaptive models, and decision strategies in Pega.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of actions and offers aligned with business and customer needs.

Customer Insights Cache (CIC)

  • Design and build the CIC for optimized performance, scalability, and data integrity.

Project Management & Delivery Support

  • Support PMs with project timelines and collaborate with BAs, developers, and testers.

  • Identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

CDH Tools & Decisioning Components

  • Guide clients on Pega s CDH Discovery tools (e.g., Value Finder, Simulation Planner).

  • Build and update components like decision tables, scorecards, filters, property sets, and rankings.

  • Integrate and optimize Pega Operations Manager in development workflows.

Change Management & Documentation

  • Assess and document change requests, maintaining version control and governance.

Quality Assurance & Performance

  • Perform code reviews, unit tests, E2E tests, and performance tests.

  • Collaborate with the LSA on deployment, code merging, and environment configuration.

Value Realization & KPIs

  • Develop solutions targeting KPIs and business value.

  • Monitor and enhance solution performance.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor junior developers and promote a learning culture.

  • Enforce best practices and governance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product owners, architects, data teams, and sponsors.

  • Communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ensure seamless integration between Pega CDH and external systems.

  • Define and enforce architectural standards.

<>Qualifications</>

  • Bachelor s or Master s in Information/Computer Science or related field.

  • 8+ years total experience, including 4+ years in Pega CDH.

  • Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant & Certified Pega Data Scientist required.

  • Pega Certified Lead Decisioning Architect preferred.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Seeking a Pega CDH Enterprise Architect / Engineer to lead the strategic design, integration, and implementation of Pega's Customer Decision Hub across enterprise systems. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to deliver AI-driven, real-time personalized experiences.

<>Key Responsibilities</>

Architecture & Design

  • Define end-to-end CDH architecture aligned with enterprise systems.

  • Lead design of NBA strategies, channel integration, and real-time decisioning.

  • Architect scalable CDH components: Decision Strategies, Data Flows, Models, and Profiles.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Translate business goals into CDH solutions.

  • Lead ideation and discovery workshops, especially for new CDH clients.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Establish CDH design frameworks and reusable components.

  • Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.

  • Enforce Pega Guardrails and enterprise architecture standards.

Enablement & Mentorship

  • Guide CDH developers and consultants.

  • Conduct code reviews, architecture assessments, and mentor teams.

  • Collaborate with CoE to develop accelerators and assets.

<>Required Skills & Experience</>

  • 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture (preferably in digital/personalization).

  • 3 5+ years hands-on Pega CDH experience.

  • Expertise in:

    • NBA Designer / Strategy Framework

    • Adaptive & Predictive Models

    • Omnichannel integration (Web, Mobile, Contact Center, Marketing)

    • Customer Profile Designer, Data Flows, Data Sets

  • Experience integrating CDH with CRM, data lakes, marketing, and analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with real-time decisioning, event stream processing, AI/ML integration.

  • Financial experience is a plus, but not required.
