Role - AEM Lead / Architect

Locations - Iselin, NJ / Chicago, IL / Nashville, TN / Hillsboro, OR / Phoenix, AZ / Hoboken, NJ / Louisville, KY / Irving, TX / Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA (Only Hybrid or Onsite)

Job Term - Full Time

• Experience as an architect/technical lead in implementation of AEM, AEM Assets (DAM).
• Experience in designing content lifecycle using Adobe and Adobe Marketing tools.
• Design and development experience in Adobe AEM and above Experience with Adobe AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and AEM development and deployment process using Maven
• Experience with Angular JS, HTML5, JQuery, JSTL, JavaScript, AJAX and front-end frameworks.
• Maintains/updates components, templates, dialogs and workflows
• Excellent knowledge of automating deployment and management of AEM services.
• Strong understanding of AEM Platform, architecture, infrastructure set up, management and performance optimization to include sling, felix/osgi and various implementations of the jcr repository
• Strong analytical, problem solving & conceptual skills, and a flexible attitude in shifting environments
• Excel at communication (spoken, written, presentation) with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Ability to negotiate and manage difficult or ambiguous situation and adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies
• Must have architect and hands on experience in AEM
• Should have a proven track record of delivering successful applications in AEM
• Should have in depth understanding of AEM 6+ components (templates, widgets)
• Should have in depth understanding of AEM Architecture
• Should be able to implement Workflows in AEM
• Able to use out of box components in AEM
• Should be able to implement Dynamic media
• Can architect and design solutions on Enterprise AEM based on business requirements
• Estimate and implement the plan for the requirements, ensure timely delivery with desired quality
• Successfully integrate AEM with existing legacy systems
• Lead the team, guide the team and review their progress
• Work closely with product owners, other stake owners
• Can take responsibility for the migration and maintenance of the various web properties on to AEM
