Job Details

We're seeking an experienced End User Support Engineer for a long-term contract role based in Princeton, NJ. This position supports a large enterprise environment and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, enjoys solving complex technical issues, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, including executive-level support. Responsibilities include hands-on troubleshooting across hardware, software, and collaboration platforms; resolving Level 2/3 issues; and contributing to special projects such as office transitions, equipment upgrades, and workspace analysis. The role involves working closely with IT teams and service providers to meet performance goals, documenting resolutions, creating knowledge base articles, and driving process improvements. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in end-user support or digital workplace engineering, strong knowledge of Windows/macOS environments, and expertise in device management tools like Intune and JAMF. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps, ITIL frameworks, and service management platforms such as ServiceNow is essential. Excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently are key. Additional experience with AV and collaborative meeting technologies, virtual desktop environments, secure print and telephony systems, and quality methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $42.00/hr.
