Title: Datastage Developer

Job Description:
- Lead technical teams in implementing projects using the IBM Infosphere DataStage Suite.
- Design, develop, and optimize complex ETL processes to efficiently handle data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and conduct code reviews.
- Apply strong expertise in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL for data manipulation and database development.
- Utilize Unix Shell Scripting for task automation and job scheduling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data processing and integration.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity while monitoring system performance.
- Contribute to data model logic and a foundational understanding of data warehouse concepts.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
