Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract position where you will take the lead in developing and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath technologies. Your expertise will be key in creating efficient and scalable robotic process automation (RPA) frameworks to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath technologies, including Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.
Create and maintain production-level automations within the Robotic Enterprise Framework to ensure reliability and scalability.
Monitor and optimize database performance to support RPA workflows and ensure seamless integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on UiPath best practices and frameworks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation processes to maintain smooth operations.
Document automation processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols during automation development.
Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to validate the functionality and performance of automation solutions.
Requirements
Extensive hands-on experience with UiPath technologies, including Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.
Proven ability to design and implement production-grade automations in the Robotic Enterprise Framework.
Strong knowledge of database management and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality automation solutions.
