1. Coding - Core and Advance Java tech stack (JDK8 or higher)
2. Advance knowledge and practical experience working with Spring boot, relational database, caching solutions
3. Practical experience with various test coverage like unit testing, functional testing, integration testing and contract testing.
4. Practical experience working through requirements, design, implementation and testing around
   1. Microservices
   2. integration with external systems/APIs
   3. High Availability
   4. Scaling
   5. Resiliency
   6. Ensuring better maintenance of the system
   7. Release process
   8. Being able to troubleshoot issues in higher and lower environments independently
   9. Being able to learn and adopt to new project/domain quickly
   10. Capable of working through the requirement at domain level independently as an SME for given feature/epic
   11. Capable of providing strong code review comments to ensure on quality
