Job Description:
- This Business System Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting detailed business requirements related to data access control and policies.
- This includes conducting interviews and workshops to gather requirements, breaking down high-level needs into specific statements, creating comprehensive documentation, continuously refining requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- They will also ensure requirements are traceable and validate that the implemented solution meets defined needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience.
- Must have senior level experience.
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience designing policies for Data Masking, Row-level security, and user access enforcement using attributes, roles, or context.
- Ability to design attribute-based access control and de-identification logic.
- Experience interfacing with business area and designing business solutions.
- Experience with database security.
- Great documentation skills.
- Self-starter.
- Excellent communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with any of the following tools highly preferred: SecuPi, Protegrity. or Immuta.
- Healthcare industry experience.
