Responsibilities
? Implement and manage innovative solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI services to streamline and automate critical business processes.
? Develop models for Q&A applications, capable of understanding and processing complex queries with precision.
? Fine-tune models to incorporate external textual data sources, enhancing the relevance and accuracy of generated responses.
? Lead proactive hands-on training sessions and workshops to boost the application of AI technologies across the organization.
? Ensure the effective operation of large language models (LLMs) and maintain compliance with organizational data policies and security requirements.
? Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess their needs and design AI-driven solutions that address specific organizational challenges.
? Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, particularly Azure AI technologies, to continuously introduce innovative solutions.
? Provide expert insights into the design of scalable, resilient, and efficient systems.
? Generate detailed technical documentation and contribute to discussions on system architecture, promoting best practices.
? Mentor and guide junior AI developers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in AI application development.
Experience and Skills
? Possess at least five years of professional experience in AI technology, with specific expertise in Microsoft Azure and AI platforms.
? Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI.
? Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript, with a focus on developing APIs and backend services.
? Experienced in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) in production environments, with a particular emphasis on Q&A systems.
? Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of operating effectively in a dynamic, innovative environment.
? Hold desirable certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Developer Associate.
