- Hybrid - 3 days on on-site, 2 days work from home
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing effective testing strategies, including experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and performance testing).
- Proficient in the use of testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman, Loadrunner, xRay).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of test engineers, including performance management and professional development.
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and impact on testing processes.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle models and project management practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with Microsoft Tool set.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive testing strategies and plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Manage a team of skilled test engineers, coordinating their efforts to efficiently execute test cases and analyze results.
- Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and define appropriate testing approaches.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the software development lifecycle, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact the project.
- Establish and maintain testing frameworks, tools, and processes to optimize the testing workflow and ensure consistency across projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the testing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Analyze test results, generate comprehensive reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing methodologies, and incorporate them into the testing strategy as appropriate.
- Manage the testing budget and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities into the overall software development process.
- Manage multiple testing streams in an Agile environment.
- Manage a distributed team of test analysts and test executors.
- Coordinate testing efforts with projects leveraging the same testing resources.
- Design and templatize test and execution standards for analysts and test executors.
- Create and communicate a testing strategy and plan.
- Create and align test schedule with business, development, and testing resources.
- Design, execute, and communicate reporting on test status and testing projections on daily, weekly, and sprint cadences.
- Advocate for, and support, the testing efforts in team, management, and executive forums.
