Senior Business Continuity Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support the administration of the Enterprise Resilience program, ensuring components such as Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and recovery plans meet business requirements.
• Develop and deliver schedules and materials for Business Continuity training and awareness activities to ensure teams are proficient in implementing continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, including walk-throughs and remote recovery scenarios.
• Manage and coordinate content on the Business Continuity SharePoint and Intranet sites.
• Ensure integration of new services into the business continuity management program.
• Contribute to strategy development and in-house training for business continuity initiatives.
• Perform other activities as required to support business continuity efforts.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in business continuity planning.
• Strong understanding of financial, audit, and information technology concepts.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong administrative and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CBCP or MBCI preferred.
• Experience in preparing for large-scale, multi-site disruptive incidents is a plus.
