RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Farmington, CT that is seeking a Change Manager.
Summary:
A Change Management Consultant (CMC) will partner with the Customer Change Management Team as well as various project team(s) to build and execute change strategies and tactics for small/medium/large organizational changes. The CMC will be embedded within a project team and expected to apply the Customer Change Management methodology and tools to effectively support the change outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Change Management CoE, the project team, and business stakeholders to align the timeline of the project milestones and change management activities
* Know when and how to use common change management tools (e.g. impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, and training plans)
* Develop engaging change communications to support leadership alignment and employee engagement
* Build and/or manage a change network - with support from internal Customer colleagues
* Recognize learning needs and develop a strategy to increase end-user proficiency
* Monitor people-related risks and gather feedback to create mitigation and reinforcement plans
* Help establish a process for capture of post-implementation success stories and monitor realized value
A CMC may work on one or more Customer change efforts ranging in focus, breadth, and duration. Each project will require the CMC to conduct proper analysis, create a change plan, and continuously share updates to the Change Management COE and Project Team regarding the progress of the program. A CMC should work independently, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and share lessons learned at the completion of their project.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Master's preferred in related field
* 3+ years' experience in leading and executing organizational change efforts
* Certification preferred in change management (Prosci, Association of Change Management Professions, Kotter, etc.)
* Advanced communication skills (written, verbal, facilitation, and presentations)
* Savvy with technology (i.e. Microsoft suite)
* Effectively applies Change Management principles and methodologies
* Demonstrates proficiency in influencing others toward a common goal
* Demonstrates willingness collaborate and ability to get work done through others
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
