Remote Role
As a Developer focused on enhancing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, you will bring expertise in Salesforce custom solutions to drive growth and optimize the Sellers experience. Leveraging your knowledge of Salesforce, partner portals, and integration best practices, you will design and manage Customer-facing solutions. You ll be the point of contact for cross-functional teams to execute refined requirements, aligning system enhancements with business objective adhering to platform best practices.
What You ll Do:
- Leverage your knowledge of Salesforce platform
- capabilities and best practices to implement and optimize solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance seller s experience and contribute to increasing Sales Velocity for Client sellers.
- Ability to collaborate with fellow Salesforce
- engineers to provide best in class Salesforce solutions to drive the success of companies' strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal business teams,
- including Revenue & Marketing Ops, BI, and Product teams, to gather, analyze, and provide optimal solutions for requirements provided by the business.
- Work closely with ITPG and technical teams
- in an Product-led Agile environment to design and deliver solutions that enhance sellers interactions and streamline their CRM workflow.
- Take an active role in managing and optimizing
- platform resources, and ensuring that solutions delivery is in alignment with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in
- business systems and Salesforce features, as well as proactively monitor critical Salesforce releases. Be curious and continuously seek opportunities to enhance our systems and processes.
- Participate in Scrum meetings and collaborate
- with Business and Product Owners, providing input and feedback to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Examples of Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience and Strong proficiency in Salesforce configurations, including custom objects & relationships, workflow automation, and API integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce solutions, such
- as Salesforce CPQ, PRM (Partner Relationship Management) and Service Cloud is highly desirable
- Proficient in the use of standard dev tooling
- to support code analysis & quality initiatives.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated,
- hard-working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- skills, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership.
- Salesforce.com certifications
