Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Dallas TX; Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; Birmingham, AL; Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: W2 Contract; hybrid 


About the Role:

This role will focus on driving projects related to the Global Ops Model, Central Logging, Observability and AI, and Change Engineering Automation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of complex, cross-functional initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise priorities.
  • Deliver clear and concise project updates, reports, and executive summaries.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize Clarizen for project tracking and reporting.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency with Clarizen or similar project management tools.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and trustworthiness.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Awareness of Site Reliability Center (SRC) principles and practices.
  • Experience with executive-level reporting.
  • PMI or PMP certification.
