Description
Design and develop components for customer relationship management systems.
Maintain and improve middleware for customer relationship management.
Develop custom reports, interfaces, and forms for customer relationship management.
Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Participate in integration efforts using various communication protocols.
Troubleshoot and debug systems and connected applications.
Contribute to optimizing solutions for better performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy components for customer relationship management systems.
Maintain middleware and debug communication queues.
Develop custom reports and interfaces.
Collaborate with functional teams to clarify requirements.
Participate in integration using communication protocols.
Perform troubleshooting within systems and connected systems.
Prepare technical documentation for developed objects and interfaces.
Qualifications
Experience in designing and developing customer relationship management components.
Proficiency in maintaining and enhancing middleware solutions.
Ability to collaborate with functional teams for technical solutions.
Experience in integration efforts using communication protocols.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
