Key responsibilities
- Implementation and solution design
- Lead and conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand clients' manufacturing processes, pain points, and business requirements.
- Perform gap analyses and map client requirements to standard NetSuite functionality.
- Design and document scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions, focusing on manufacturing, inventory management, and costing.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules, including Advanced Manufacturing, to meet client needs.
- Experience developing integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware, ETL) between NetSuite and external systems.
- Good knowledge of relational data modeling, data transformations, and scripting logic.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially in complex multi-system environments.
- Proven track record of delivering reliable, scalable customizations to NetSuite in a production environment.
- Design and build custom objects, integrate third-party systems, and develop custom code for enhancements.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems to NetSuite and manage mass imports and exports
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users on new solutions.
- Prior experience in working in Netsuite support project providing resolutions for the incidents and catering to service requests in a SLA constrained environment.
