Job Details
Responsibilities:
- May perform meeting planning, preparation of documents, or basic coordination of tasks.
- Will collect and compile records and documentation in an organized manner and file as appropriate.
- May gather data and prepare standard reports with information necessary for decision making.
- May also be responsible for general office processes, projects and/or specialty operations in Project Management, Quotation Analysis, or Technical Administration.
- Will also be responsible for organization and maintenance of company records.
- Most responsibilities will be administrative, but may also include the following:
- Review of drawings specs, quotation analysis, and supplier negotiation.
- Review of supplier's schedule to meet on time development milestones and sales.
- Create documents to explain proposals for supplier maker layout decisions.
- Quote and schedule tracking, maintenance of some company records, and support with weekly meeting documents.
- There is potential opportunity for growth to work on coordination tasks with external vendors and suppliers.
Required Skillset:
- 2 years of experience with on-the-job experience or a BS in a related field.
- Ability to use Microsoft office programs with skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Alpha and numeric filing skills.
- Attention to detail/accuracy.
