Technical Product Owner (Twilio IVR Must in Current Project)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Technical Product Owner with hands-on experience in Twilio IVR (in current project) to lead initiatives for a key client project. This role demands both technical depth and stakeholder management strength in a remote, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product ownership of Twilio IVR initiatives with complete understanding of call flow, routing, and Twilio Insights reporting

  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and working sessions with development teams

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define reporting needs and data requirements

  • Analyze and write complex SQL queries and work on report design/validation

  • Handle demanding stakeholders with professionalism and confidence

  • Independently drive tasks with minimal guidance

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of IT industry experience

  • Strong Product Owner experience in technical/functional capacity

  • Twilio IVR experience is a MUST (must be in the current project)

  • Experience with Twilio Insights, Twilio Studio, and end-to-end call flow design

  • Hands-on with SQL, data querying, and report generation

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to drive initiatives independently in an Agile environment

Nice-to-Have (Bonus):

  • Background in telecom, call center, or IVR platform integration

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, BI tools, or Twilio APIs
