Job Title: Workday Time and Absence Consultant (Divestiture Support)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months with possible extensions

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Time and Absence Consultant to support ongoing divestiture activities. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate separation and configuration of Workday Time and Absence modules as part of our HR systems strategy during the transition period. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management and have experience working in fast-paced, project-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Workday subject matter expert for Time and Absence modules during the divestiture process.
  • Analyze current configurations and provide configuration details to the acquiring company to ensure a smooth transition of employees to the new company.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment across systems and processes.
  • Support data separation and system reconfiguration efforts while ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.
  • Deliver documentation and training as needed to support post-divestiture operations.
  • Provide hands-on support for testing, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of key milestones with minimal oversight.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Workday HCM experience with a focus on Time Tracking and Absence Management.
  • Proven experience supporting divestitures, mergers, or acquisitions is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of France time tracking and labor regulations within the Workday ecosystem is a desired asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Workday certification in Time Tracking or Absence is a plus.
