Position: Hardware Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:
Work in a team environment to architect, design, develop, and release Ethernet Switching systems.
Collaborate with Marketing to understand and prioritize customer requirements.
Partner with Software, ASIC Development, HW Qualification, Diagnostics, and Manufacturing teams.
Utilize a cross-functional development methodology focused on product robustness,
high reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills:
Highly motivated and passionate team player.
Strong working knowledge of Board Design tools (Cadence Concept/Allegro).
Excellent communication skills; ability to express complex technological concepts and
influence within a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or beat deadlines.
Willingness to go the extra mile to successfully complete development and support
activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of circuit board design concepts, challenges, and trade-offs, lab
bring-up, and system-level design validation.
In-depth knowledge of high-speed design signal integrity, power distribution, and CPU subsystem design.
Programming skills with Python for bring-up automation and testing.
BSEE with 6+ years of experience or MSEE with 2+ years of experience.
