SAP S/4 P2P Lead

Lead and architect the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process within SAPS/4HANA encompassing requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice processing, finance integration, and supplier collaboration.

• Solution Design & Configuration
  Translate business requirements into SAPMM/MMP2P solutions (purchase requisition invoice receipt), using S/4HANA Fiori and SAP Activate methodology
  Independently lead workshops to gather requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and draft functional specs
  Configure features like master data, sourcing, release strategies, valuation, invoice verification, Fiori apps, self-service purchasing
• Integration & Technical Oversight
  Integrate P2P with FI/AP, Inventory, WM/EWM, Logistics, and external systems like Ariba, Coupa, SRM
  Own development of WRICEF objects in coordination with ABAP teams
• Transition & Testing
  Manage full lifecycle deployments blueprint, build, test (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare

• 8 16+ years in SAP, with 8+ years in MM/Purchasing and 3+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations (greenfield/conversion)
• Deep configuration knowledge in SAP MM: master data, procurement, inventory, valuation, invoice verification, Fiori P2P apps, and release management
• Proven integration experience with FI/AP, Ariba, Coupa, SRM, nonSAP systems
• Strong leadership/communication skills for stakeholder engagement (buyers, CPOs, finance heads, IT)
• Project delivery expertise using SAP Activate and Agile/SAFe methodologies
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools in procurement .
• Preferred certifications: SAP MM, S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, SAP certification in procurement modules.
