Job Description:

• Experience in The key performance indicators (KPIs) tracked include, but are not limited to, indication split volume by drug, sales performance by drug and market/geo, sales rep performance by provider and drug market, patient journey mapping, shipment status to patients, research-based promotions, and more.
• Experience of building and maintaining reports and dashboards within pharma commercial (any one or more of these-sales, marketing, medical affairs, or market access) to track KPIs
• Interact with the business (across all levels including CXOs. SVPs, VPs to gather requirements for reports or dashboards
• Experience with driving persona-based reporting
• Create clear and concise visualize visualizations to effectively communicate data insights
• Familiar with Figma or other tools that can enable wireframes/mockups
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs and objectives
• Drive adoption and training of dashboards/reports
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure data-driven decision making
• Provide actionable insights to support business strategy and decision making

Experience: -

• Min 8 years experience in Pharma domain

Total experience 10-15 Years experience

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable''
