We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to serve as a critical link between business strategy and technology solutions for a leading technology company. In this role, you will analyze business functions, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into actionable plans for technical teams. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in program management and data analysis to support complex business processes and drive key projects forward in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

salary: $36 - 46 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with diverse business functions to align technology with strategic goals.
  • Gather and translate business requirements for programmers and developers.
  • Prepare analyses to support decisions on system implementation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization.
  • Manage and support highly complex business processes and multiple projects


qualifications:


  • Extensive experience in corporate program management and information systems.
  • Proven ability to manage program escalations and technical projects.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, including proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience in project management and problem-solving.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
