As a key contributor to the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE), this role collaborates with executive stakeholders, IT professionals, and quality teams to identify, design, and deliver intelligent automation solutions using industry-leading platforms such as UiPath, Appian, and ServiceNow. How You Will Make An Impact
  • Manage the automation opportunity pipeline for North America, including idea intake, curation, and execution planning.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify automation candidates, conduct assessments, and evaluate ROI opportunities.
  • Lead design thinking workshops to uncover automation potential and educate business users on capabilities.
  • Develop high-level automation designs and ensure technical feasibility across enterprise platforms.
  • Guide internal and external automation design resources to align with CoE standards and quality expectations.
  • Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for pipeline activity, opportunity realization, and adoption progress.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and communicate the automation technology roadmap.
  • Evaluate emerging platforms in process mining, data mining, and AI integration to keep the CoE forward-looking and relevant.
  • Drive user adoption of automation tools across functional teams.
  • Ensure automated processes meet both performance goals and compliance requirements.

Are You a Business Process Automation Rock Star?

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with business process automation initiatives.
  • Expertise in UiPath, Appian, and ServiceNow platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ERP integrations (Oracle, SAP) and middleware platforms such as Mulesoft.
  • Familiarity with workflow management, RPA frameworks, and technical change management.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or related process optimization techniques.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to explain solutions and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Exposure to process mining, data mining, or AI-based automation tools.
  • Experience in finance or manufacturing accounting process automation.
  • Proven success leading automation CoE initiatives or innovation teams.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for automation and user empowerment.
