Datacenter Power Management Validation Engineer
Austin, TX - 100% Onsite

$40-42/HR
Role:
Hands-on engineer validating, enabling, and optimizing datacenter server power-management features from silicon/SoC through BIOS, firmware, and OS.
Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain test systems; diagnose hardware; flash BIOS/FW.
Validate and optimize post-silicon power-management features; debug HW/FW issues.
Run benchmarks to verify performance.
Manage multiple testing tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Strong server/x86 architecture and power-management knowledge.
Test planning, silicon bring-up, and debugging experience.
Scripting (C/C++, Python, Perl) and Linux/Windows Server familiarity.
Use of hardware debug tools and strong troubleshooting ability.
