Role - Sr. ServiceNow Developer Location - Bethesda, MD/Washington, DC Start Date: Immediate Position Type: Full Time + Benefits (medical, 401K, PTO etc)

Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Agile and Continuous release process and will work closely to ensure incremental value delivery per program timeline. This role requires a proactive individual who can also advise solutions lead or provide support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform, including Flow Designer, Workflow, and CMDB.
• Manage release and change management processes within ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems such as JIRA or AWS.
• Develop and support API integrations.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to provide solution ideas and leverage prior development experiences.
• Ensure adherence to frameworks, including Secure by Design, Agile Environment & Development, and ServiceNow Development Environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Should have ITSM, ITOM, SecOps Module experience.
• Extensive experience with integration tools and techniques, particularly with JIRA and AWS.
• Strong API integration skills. Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules and functionalities and experience with API integration.
• Familiarity with Agile and Continuous methodology & release process.
• Ability to advise and support solutions lead as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AWS is a plus but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of Agile and ServiceNow frameworks: Secure by Design, Agile Environment & Development, and ServiceNow Development Environment.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
