Job Description

Position: HRIS Analyst

Start: ASAP

Remote / On Site: Remote for first 6 months, then will have on site requirements

Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM

Covid Vaccination: No

Flu Vaccination: Yes, or Declination

Relocation: Case by case, paid as a sign on bonus. If bonus is accepted will have to sign a 2-year commitment or pay back the bonus.


Job Scope/Summary:

The primary responsibility of the position is day-to-day Workday operation support, including hands-on configuration of Workday and acting as the technical expert. This individual will be responsible for supporting all human capital management (HCM) functions through analysis, testing, reporting and business process design improvement. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. This position will be part of a team of individuals providing Workday support for different areas across the health system and report to the Technical Application Manager.


Required:

Workday HCM experience/training or HR functional and system experience


Not required but would a plus:

In user training experience

Staffing/scheduling module experience

Qdenda experience

Clocking in module exp in workday


Interview Process:

  • 1st - 1 hr. time slot with Manager and HR
  • 2nd - 1 hr time slot with the CHRO
